Our Process

You know what we do, so how do we do it?

When you need our services just call or email us, and where possible we'll arrange to meet over a coffee to establish what you're looking for. If preferred, or if you're not local, we're happy to chat over the phone.

Communication is central to the writing process. We can't claim to know your business or organisation as well as you, but we have the experience and ability to position your product or service head and shoulders above your competition, be it online or offline.

We need to know about you and your business and get under the skin of what you're doing and why you're doing it. Once familiar with your objectives, we'll ask appropriate questions to formulate an understanding of your requirements as effectively as possible. Industry jargon is kept to a minimum and language is tailored specifically to suit your products, services and audience.

Writing is a collaborative process. After the first draft is submitted, we'll discuss it to ensure your core messages are perfected, and we'll then submit a second draft.

It's rare that any creative gets it right first time - Spielberg wrote six drafts of Close Encounters of the Third Kind - and in our experience the second draft will form the basis for the final version, the one that represents your organisation professionally and with efficiency and clarity.

Our expertise has been tailored by over a dozen years spent writing and editing for Guinness World Records; we know how to research your business and industry and our contact book is world-class.
